The Fall Feels

It’s hard to believe it’s already November, but with the blustery winds and diminished hours of daylight, the reality is starting to sink in. That doesn’t mean it’s all bad. With the cooler temperatures also comes the breathtaking autumn colours and fun fashion accessorizing.

The Beaches are a great place to enjoy the fall scenery in Toronto. I ventured over there this weekend to do a little shopping and take in the sights.

I wore this cute denim jumpsuit that I spotted at Winners. I paired it with my favourite hat from H&M and new Jemm Lucky Brand booties from Heel Boy. Around my neck, I threw on a skinny scarf (i.e. a belt from one of my old sweaters). Don’t judge, according to Elle Magazine, “the skinny scarf is making a play for the must have accessory of the season,” so ha! If you don’t have any make shift skinny scarves hanging around your closet, you can find them at many different places such as Forever21, Urban Outfitters and ASOS. A silk skinny scarf is a great accessory that can add that extra touch to an outfit.

Break out those scarves ladies because as our beloved Jon Snow says, “winter is coming!” Enjoy your last couple weeks of pumpkin spice lattes, apple picking and whatever else people do in the fall…
